Migranes are funny.
One of the intriguing aspects of migranes is the variety of subtle changes to emotions and reactions, starting right in the aura phase.
As if there's a new buffer between you and the world, which gives its own colouring (in addition to all the other coloured glasses one may already wear).

It is perhaps an underestimated aspect of the impact of migranes--usually restricted to "pain makes life/work hard". The subtle changes tend to push decisions, precisions, habits in more or less different directions, and the overall effect for me is an increased level of doubt about... everything. Everything wants a little sloweness out of me, or more stress if sufficient slowness is not achieved.
